About

The researcher completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Ottawa University in year 1998. Subsequently, he was employed as a teacher in a high school for one year. In year 2000, he continued his studies in Master of Science in Information Technology offered by the University of Putra Malaysia. He graduated with good creditable results for his Master degree in year 2001. In order to improve himself, he enrolled for the degree of Doctor of Business Administration offered by the University of South Australia in year 2002 and graduated in October, 2008. He was then employed as a lecturer in the UCSI University located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 2001 to 2008 and subsequently RMIT University, Vietnam from 2008 to 2010. Since the researcher is working in the education industry and from his previous education background, his research interest is inclined toward e-learning and education services. The researcher found that pursuing a doctorate degree was very challenging but also very rewarding in terms of the valuable knowledge and experience gained from the learning process. The researcher finds additional reward and joy in guiding his research students based on his own experience in his doctorate learning. The researcher is currently working with Berjaya University College, Malaysia.
